Every commission is an extension of my ongoing body of work: nature-inspired wood art that brings mountains, animals, wild landscapes and natural symbolism into sculptural form. I take on a limited number of commissions each year so I can dedicate the time and devoted presence required to craft each piece with clarity, detail, and meaning.
For this reason, I accept commissions when the subject matter aligns with my artistic vision and the timeless, nature-based themes that define my work. This ensures each piece remains true to the craft, while giving you a truly special one-of-a-kind artwork that feels deeply connected to your space.
The commission process is a collaborative creative experience rooted in trust, craftsmanship, and the unfolding of a shared vision.

This is a slow and intentional process - one that prioritizes artistic quality and depth over speed and quantity.
You share details for your vision, ideal scale, the intended space, investment range, etc.
A 20–30 minute conversation where we chat to refine the vision, discuss materials, scale, and timeline, and ensure the project is aligned creatively.
I provide basic reference images, a written creative direction, size and material details, and an estimated timeline. This becomes the foundation for the commission.
Once everything feels aligned and we're both excited, we sign the commission agreement and begin the project with the initial deposit.
Throughout the creation process, you receive regular updates, progress photos, and insights as your piece comes to life.
Once complete, you receive final photos and potentially videos for approval. After the final payment is made, the piece is packaged and shipped for safe delivery.
