Purchasing Artwork

An item that I like is "Sold Out", will it ever come back in stock?

Please contact me to discuss recreating a Sold Out piece. In most cases I can treat it like a commissioned/custom piece of artwork. We can discuss changing the size to fit your space, using a different wood for the handcrafted frame, or other customizations.

How often are new artworks added to the website?

There’s no exact schedule for when new artworks will be released. Follow along on social media or sign up for my monthly newsletter to have early access to my available artwork.

Do you take commissions?

I work on commissioned and custom projects that fit my artistic style and interests. If you are interested please contact me with a description of your general idea, the desired size of the artwork, and any additional relevant information.

Can I see the artwork in person?

If you live in the Greater Toronto Area and would like to see a particular piece, please contact me to set up an in-person viewing. Alternatively, I’d be happy to set up a Zoom/Skype call or provide additional photos of any available artwork.

What payment methods do you offer?

When purchasing online, the payment method is by Credit Card. If this does not work for you please send me a message and we can discuss alternative methods of payment.

Shipping

What countries are shipping available to?

Shipping is available and included in the price for purchases being shipped to Canada and USA. If you live outside of Canada or USA please contact me for the price to ship to your specific country.

What are the shipping rates?

Shipping costs are included in the listed price on the Shop page. If you’d like to pick up the artwork locally, please contact me for the price after waiving shipping fees. 

How will my artwork be packaged?

All artwork is carefully packed by UPS to ensure it arrives safe. Each piece is packaged individually to protect the artwork and custom frame. 

How will my artwork be shipped?

The artwork will be shipped through UPS. Each piece will be carefully packaged and shipped securely. You will be provided with a tracking number to stay updated while it is in transit.

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping your artwork. If you require expedited shipping contact me prior to purchasing the art. Please note that shipping companies may experience delays during Covid.

Will the shipment be insured?

Each shipment is insured and carefully packaged so that it will arrive safely.

Hanging Your Artwork

Is the hardware needed to hang the artwork included with my purchase?

All artwork will be shipped with hanging hardware installed on the back. There are three options that I use:

  1. Picture wire – an appropriate picture hook will be included in the shipment.
  2. Sawtooth hanger – you will need a nail, screw, or anchor and screw combo. These are not included in the shipment.
  3. Metal cleat – a bracket and instructions will be included in the shipment. These are used for heavier artwork (over 15 lbs) to ensure it remains safe, stays level, and to protect your walls. If you have any concerns about this before purchasing, please contact me at jepsoncreative@gmail.com
How do I hang the artwork?

Hanging instructions will be included in the shipment. If you have any questions before purchasing please email me at jepsoncreative@gmail.com.

Maintenance

Is there anything that I need to do to maintain the artwork?

All wood is sealed and finished to protect the artwork. Carefully use lint-free cloths to clean off dust or fingerprints. If needed you can safely use a slightly damp cloth before wiping the artwork down with a dry cloth. 

Are there any restrictions on where the artwork can be hung safely?

All of my artwork is created for indoor use. The only restriction indoors is to avoid hanging in direct sunlight. Hardwoods and dyed wood will fade over time even with proper finishing techniques.

Can I see the artwork before making the purchase?

Returns & Refunds

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that point the artwork will be in the shipping process and cannot be cancelled. Your money will be refunded, other than a non-refundable transaction fee – 3% (local) or 3.5% (international). Please email jepsoncreative@gmail.com with any concerns.

Can I get a refund for my order?

If the artwork arrives with damage or significant defect, please email jepsoncreative@gmail.com within 7 days of the order being delivered. Please include photos and a written explanation of the issue. I will review the photos and information to determine the best course of action. A refund will be provided if the artwork arrived with damage.

My artwork arrived damaged, what should I do?
